What to do while on Probation

If you are placed on probation, you need to think of it as a jail sentence you are being allowed to serve in the free world. If you do not complete the conditions of your sentence, you will be arrested and taken before a judge for a probation revocation hearing. At this hearing, the alleged violation only has to be proved by a preponderance of evidence. As a result, it is easy for the probation officer to prove a violation. So, be careful and make the conditions of your probation the most important thing in your life. That is the only way to avoid jail time and other consequences.
