If you are licensed to drive in any state other than Georgia and get a DUI in Georgia, it is important to note that there can be licensing consequences both in Georgia and your home State.  Even if your license was returned to you, it is important to send a 10-Day Letter.  Also if convicted, almost every state will suspend your driver's license commensurate with whatever would happen with a DUI conviction in your home state. As a result, it is important to seek the Best Defense in Georgia if you are arrested for DUI.
