The young woman charged in the vehicular homicide death of a governor's intern is going to hold a press conference with her family attorney on Thursday.

The woman crashed into the intern's vehicle after leaving her job as a waitress at a club downtown.  Her Blood Alcohol Content was .229, almost three times the legal limit in Georgia.  She was released on $100,000 bond from the Fulton County Jail on Monday night.

The intern was returning home from being the designated driver for his friends after a party when his vehicle was struck.
